I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! I couldn't recommend this hotel more! The staff were friendly and helpful, letting me leave my luggage the night before as I was hiking Fuji. Any questions were met with patient responses, and they helped carry my luggage to my room which was a nice touch after tired legs! The room itself was lovely with a lake view, huge for one person. It was as described, clean, and had everything I needed. The onsite onsen and dinner buffet was great, plus their free hotel shuttle buses made the stay very convenient.

Everything! Staff was kind, English speakers. Amazing location, perfect view. Absolutely breathtaking. Silent area, no city nose, in the middle of the forest a walking distance from the lake. Good, quality food. Big clean room. The hotel provides shuttles from the hotel to the main train station and back which made everything easier. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.
