Facing the Talek River, Mara offers elegantly furnished tents on raised platforms, and a terrace with a bar for spotting animals. All rates include 3 game drives a day, and return airstrip transfers. It’s a fantastic place in an excellent location. Staff are great, the most outstanding was Sakut, our Masai guide, who helped us finding our way in the savanna and showed great experience in spotting animals.

With garden views, Drunken Elephant Mara is set in Sekenani and has a restaurant, a kids' club, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Free WiFi is featured. We recently stayed at Drunken Elephant Mara and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful choice. The property is beautifully located inside the Masai Mara National Reserve, giving you the chance to truly immerse yourself in nature—with wildlife frequently wandering close to the camp! The staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, always present around the camp to assist—whether it was guiding us to the restaurant or reception, or helping when animals were nearby. Their constant presence made us feel both safe and well cared for. Our tented room was spacious, luxurious, and extremely comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect from a high-end property, without compromising on the authentic safari experience. The meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the team even packed us meal boxes for our game drives. Speaking of which, the game drives arranged by the team were fantastic—well-coordinated and truly memorable. A small but heartwarming gesture was the team placing hot water bottles in our beds at night, which made the chilly Mara evenings extra cozy. A special shoutout to Faheem, the reservations manager, who helped us plan our trip from the start—answering every question with patience and attention. Huge thanks also to Abraham and the rest of the team for their hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Drunken Elephant Mara for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the Masai Mara!

Muthu Keekorok Lodge, Maasai Mara, Narok is the first property located in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and it offers traditional accommodations with private patios. The most hospitable staff I’ve ever met! After the initial confusion with the bed count, they added the missing bed and even offered a presidential suite. Also, they were giving us a lot of bottles of water, even though they were not included in our plan. On the last day, they even gifted our children cute teddy bears. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Many wild animals walk around. There is a pond with hippos right on the hotel territory.

Set in Masai Mara, Pearl Mara offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a fitness centre, a garden and a shared lounge. Peal mara was excellent! super friendly staff, responsive, polite, helpful. The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

Located in Talek, Mara Sweet Acacia Lodge provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Acacia Hotel is in a very good location, by the Talek River and it is very convenient to take a hot air balloon in the morning. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, equipped with emergency lights at night. The staff are super enthusiastic. As soon as we get off the car, they will hand us hot towels and drinks. The restaurant is my favorite, very good taste and there are many kinds of buffets. The desserts are quite delicious. It is even more interesting to book a bush dinner in advance. There is also a big antelope in the hotel, and you will see it leisurely walking by you. I highly recommend this hotel.
