The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, lovely showers and all the amenities you need (Netflix, robes, fridge, desk, room service). They have a terrific and HUGE gym with a separate spa and sauna for males/females. They also have a onsite spa with well priced massages and treatments. The pool is INCREDIBLE with plenty of seating options and space to enjoy the facilities. The pool is also right next to the bar/restaurant which is perfect for poolside cocktails. The free breakfast was one of the best we had ever experienced! So many eastern and western options to satisfy everyone including good coffee and even a chef at an omelette station AND a noodle station. One of our favourite things was the AMAZING staff. Every time we walked by they greeted us and asked about our days or if we needed any assistance. They were so friendly, helpful and personable. They were extremely helpful in booking tours for us and directing us to get to nearby attractions. A big thanks to Bossba and Pheara who were especially helpful. This hotel will make your time in Siem Reap even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

Located in Siem Reap, 1.2 km from King's Road Angkor, Grand Yard La Residence provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a restaurant. The property is not in the centre but close to the city, easily accessible by tuktuk which takes less than 5 mins to reach. The hotel is quiet and it has a very positive vibe. The room is spacious and clean with a nice balcony . The staff were amazing, especially Justin and Jane, who organized our tours to near perfection. When we came back from our Angkor Wat tour late in the afternoon, we were exhausted, Justin immediately got us a glass of water, a gesture that was so much appreciated. All of the personnel made us feel at home, Miranda, Anna, Yasmine from the restaurant were so sweet and catered to all our needs. All of them were so polite, respectful and never without their gorgeous smiles. What I found really amazing was these young staff are actually university students who work during the day at the hotel while attending university at night. The hotel actually support them and give them this opportunity to help finance their studies.
