The stay was extremely pleasant. The rooms are well laid out and well equipped and very well cleaned. The location is great. One metro station is less than 10 minutes away, and another is 15 minutes away, and so is the bus station. Two grocery stores are just across the street (about a 3-minute walk). There are also some restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is also very pleasant.

Location was amazing, walking distance to many tourist attractions. Add on was that the main metro stations were just 5 min walking . The apartment had everything we wanted, super comfortable beds , fully equipped kitchen , cozy living area . Check in and check out was self and very smooth.

The location was excellent, close to public transport and in a very up market area. The room was spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. Everything was new, and pristine. The gym and spa were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

The close proximity to the Kagran station, the ambience of the hotel, the cleanliness, the courteous and helpful nature of the staff, options for late checkout and the fantastic breakfast menu. The Westfield mall which is so large with lots of restaurants, fashion accessories, and other stuff is 200m from the hotel. The shopping experience was great. Last year, I utilised the amenities and recommended to nine other friends who joined me at the hotel this year. However, the quality of service was disappointing. The accommodations were unclean and my room was only tidied up once during my five-day stay. Additionally, there were cockroaches present in at least two of the rooms we had booked. Furthermore, the breakfast bread was consistently cold and lacked the crispness it had previously had.

I stayed at the 6-bed girls dormitory and even though I prefer to stay alone in hotels, I met with like-minded, lovable people.
