The host is first class, not only as a host but also simply a very good person. He gave much more of himself than expected. I have traveled a lot around the world but I have never met such cordiality and kindness. The place itself is in a very good location, a good base for exploring Panjim and Old Goa. Clean rooms. Breakfast in a very tasteful restaurant right next door. Fair prices.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. The house had a welcoming atmosphere, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Panjim.
