Two grocery stores are just across the street (about a 3-minute walk). There are also some restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is also very pleasant.

As a frequent traveller to Vienna, I can say that this is a gem in the center of Vienna. The apartment is fresh, clean and modern with an easy access to most of the attractions.

Well sized, comfortable beds (even the sofa bed was comfortable), well stocked kitchenette, drying rack and hair dryer available. Nice surprise was the free use of a washing machine and tumble dryer in the general use room on the floor our apartment was on. Within easy walking distance to several grocery stores and uBahn station.

It is set 800 metres from Rosarium and offers a lift. The apartment has family rooms. Great location right near the subway station and supermarkets, the apartment was very clean, safe, and spacious. Very well-equipped kitchen and you can watch Netflix or YouTube with the TV (my favorite part) I would definitely stay here again if I visit Vienna

The room was spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. Everything was new, and pristine. The gym and spa were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

All units include a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom, while some feature a terrace or a balcony. A dishwasher, an oven and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit has bed linen and towels. Great place overall: location, amenities, everything is there. Very good matresses, pillows, great sleep. Everything works perfectly, attention to detail, great, responsive owner. Complementary frizzante, nice for having a glass on the terrace and watching the sunset over the Danube. Bicycle provided too. I stayed in one of the first floor appartments.
