You can quickly reach the airport, the train stations and the Messe Basel fairgrounds by public transport, which can be used for free during your stay at the Spalentor hotel. The Spalentor Bus Stop is just 30 metres away. Very friendly staff. Hotel provided clear instructions beforehand and though along busy streets, it has great soundproofing. Location is excellent, just across the old town. Room is spacious, clean with espresso coffee machine (a big plus) and bed super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Super attentive stuff; comfortable, elegant, very clean room. Breakfast was super delicious, great variety. Many different pillows and blankets to chose from, depending on your personal preferences.

Fast response with the host and clear directions to access the key and get into the apartment. Elevator was always available, but we took the stairs - only on the 5th floor. Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch with honour bar - the Prosecco was perfect on the balcony when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun stuff in Basel. It was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. It was easy and fast to communicate with the landlord. We were able to leave our bags early before check-in as well as store them longer after check-out. I would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others.
