I travel from Asia to Europe every winter but I have never seen such caring staff as in this hotel, especially the front desk reception manager Muhammed Humus is very caring and attentive, he called and texted every day and asked if we needed anything! Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. At the reception all the receptionist are very helpful, nice. Specially Andrew is the best. Our room was clean, Mr. Mustafa did great his job. Very polite, nice. The staff in the Main restaurant, cooks, waiters are the best very communicative, helpful, they work hard. We had also the dinner in Indian restaurant, all the staff is the best... Actually all the personal were top of the top. Everybody are really friendly. We would go back, just because of the staff. Otherwise for family vacation this is the best choice. We went also in the other Charmillion hotel, by the sea. Also there is perfect. We really recommend this hotel for hodilays in Sharm El Sheikh.

Everything was perfect, we had the best holidays! The manager, Mr Gamal was very communicative and helpful the entire stay. The hotel driver Mr Mahmoud Farahat was great, we had an issue and had to go to hospital, he was kind and stayed with us the entire time! The team is very reliable and respectful, we felt well taken care! Their hospitality is world class! The corals and fish schools at the reef barrier are beautiful! The room is big, shower is good, bed is comfortable and the food was good - highlight to the fresh bread wooden oven baked every meal! We will definitely go back!
