Thank you for a wonderful welcome and making sure our little boy was okay after a bad injury at another hotel. After our weekend stay stay in hospital the Melia hotel was a place to rest for our little boy and staff especially one member made us feel at ease and went above and beyond. I am sorry we didn’t ask your name. This lovely man asked of my litlee hoy each day and cheered him Go with sweets. Thank you for making a bad experience of our last hotel and holiday into a relaxing 2 nights before we headed home.

Location, GREAT staff, cleanliness. We stayed in the new deluxe apartment, separate from the original building. Fantastic large rooms, highly recommended. We had to move rooms because of the nationwide power cut. We moved to a premium room in the original building. The room was older but still large. We were also compensated with an upgrade to all inclusive. An amazing gesture at a time of uncertainty. The hotel had its own generator so took care off all its guests at a time when many were left with no power. We were also given complimentary tickets to the spa circuit. Well worth a trip. Thank you for a great stay and care afforded to us at a very uncertain time.

Amazing staff working in the hotel,always friendly and helpful. They will take good care about any need you have and any inquiries. Food was amazing and it has lots of varieties adapted to clients with different tastes, desserts were delicious as well. Pool and animators during the evening were just as fun and amazing, I would definitely recommend to try piña colada they make as it's the best one I've ever had. Set 350 metres from Levante Beach in Benidorm, Poseidon has 2 outdoor swimming pools and spacious gardens. A hot tub and heated pool are open only in winter.
