From the moment you arrive, everything is impeccable. The ambience, the suite, and the warm welcome at reception set the perfect tone. Every detail is carefully thought out, and the staff go above and beyond in every interaction. I was truly impressed by the outstanding service, including the thoughtful courtesy in the room, which was far above expectations. Breakfast and meals were fresh, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. At breakfast the freshly made omelettes and pancakes were amazing. For toddlers the pool is fantastic and the beach is through a cut through making it ideal for little ones who struggle to walk. They have cots high chairs etc making it a dream for travelling parents, clean, friendly just great.

The reception staff where perfect and very helpful, we where there because of a family emergency and they where very helpful and considerate.

This was our first time holiday with kid in this type of resort and I was really astonished. We decided according the very good reviews and it was worthy of it. All people working there are really kind and trying as hard as possible to make your stay memorable. As it is "family" place, there were kids of very small age everywhere, and I liked a lot the preparedness of all facilities for it, especially two restaurants, where you automatically get a chair for a small kid, even a bib. Such small details surprised me and I admire the all employees who were managing very well all types of situations, mainly the busy breakfast and dinners, where kids are running everywhere. All spaces all cleaned every day, the access to beach is very practical and easy, the nature around is beautiful. We had a really great stay, thanks a lot.
