The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. All inclusive service was amazing from table service, silver service, wine tasting & room service at no additional charge. Staff could not do enough to make each guest feel welcome.

The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. The staff was always available to help out and refill our drinks. The food was good with a good amount of options. We spent most of our time laying on the beach under the umbrellas

The service was outstanding and the please is beautiful. You can enjoy an amazing time without paying for anything extra, except for tips, which is common in Cancun. The on-site restaurants and room service were pretty good, offering a variety of cuisines and great service - maximum wait time of 90min in the restaurant lines.
