SerbiaThe staff at check-in was very helpful and welcoming, if I am not mistaken the receptionist name was Yashur (sorry if I'm wrong). I saw many reviews were complaining about elevators but we didn't have any issue. Everything was amazing during our stay. Hotel is located in a nice area, walking distance from many attractions, breakfast was nice and rich and the rooftop provides you with amazing views. There is also a gym, small shop, and luggage storage. We will definitely come back when we visit New York again.
