We had breakfast in our room as we had a lovely kitchen/diner in addition to our bedroom.Both rooms had little terraces, one with a castle view the other with a sea view. Our hostess Cristina was absolutely delightful and super helpful. The location was amazing. Right on the beach and a stones throw from the town and all the restaurants.

Everything was clean. They changed the bins and cleaned the room daily. It was also nice that there was a secure parking space though you have to pay for it but it was affordable enough.

Very good airconditioning, stunning and cosy appartement and well equipped, good bed and nearby shops, bars and food supplyers, restaurants in another part of Patras. With a car or bus it is easy to reach the real crowded city of Patras, outstanding with many many shops and the core and very busy center. There is also in the direction of the Rio bridge (nord east) a beach to spend some time at evening In the south of the center you can find another beach. If we are around, we come again!

We absolutely love this place, spent here 12 days. The apartment corresponds to the photos exactly. The owner and other staff are very helpful and friendly. It´s really clean, everything was practically new (what we missed, the owner supplied, e.g. a grater). Cleaning was provided every other day including the towels change. The place is quiet and peaceful with the sea view, parking in front of the house. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, but the apartment has a mosquito net in the windows and on the balcony doors. The bathroom is functional with good water pressure even on the first floor, the shower has a bidet shower setting. Very good mattress with soft pillows. There is a clothes dryer and pegs on the balcony. Everything is small but purposeful.
