You get the entire place to yourself. Kitchen, living room, washroom, two single beds, one double bed and a large sofa. The place is spotless clean. It is located just at the edge of the village which means it's quiet and one can enjoy a coffee at the patio while enjoying the spectacular views with no annoyances. The entire village is a 10 minute walk so nothing is far away. There is a large garden in which kids can run around freely. Motorcycles can be parked within the gate. The price is great, the WiFi is great, the location is great, the host is a simple smiling man, it has all that is needed for either families or solo travellers. For the price, cleanliness and location I don't think one can find something better in Stepantsminda. Make sure to have cash on you to pay the host.

The hotel itself is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with a modern yet authentic atmosphere. My room was spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning views right from the window. The food at the restaurant was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and full of local flavor. What truly sets Baza Kazbegi apart, however, is the hospitality.Nini was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. If you are visiting Kazbegi, this is the place to stay. This place was absolutely amazing! Nestled in the mountains with stunning views in every direction, it was the perfect peaceful escape. The design of the home is both stylish and cozy, and everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. We instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. The space is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully set up, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was incredible—very friendly, responsive, and gave us great tips about the area, including must-see destinations and local gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. Their hospitality made our experience even more special. We truly didn’t want to leave and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained retreat!
