I had my small poodle with me and she loved the room and slept very well. She was only 5 extra euros. There is also an elevator. I will definitely be back! The hotel is located a 5 minutes brisk walk up a small hill from the parking that they recommend, parking is around 15 € per night. Very easy and great communication!

I ran into some trouble when arriving, because of a bad weather the trains to Nice were cancelled so I got stuck in Marseille for several hours. Rachel was very responsive and so kind, she stayed up until midnight so that I was able to get in the building and my studio so late. The room was like pictured, small but spaceous enough for one person, the kitchenette had everything I needed to cook up a cheap meal, the bed was comfortable, and the location is just fantastic. Keeping the window closed blocked out most of the noise from the street even on the weekend. I would love to stay here again :)

The staff were just so friendly, helpful & really made us feel special. They were super accommodating, helped us with all our bags. The unit was super clean and well decorated.

I had some questions about the QR code entry which were answered promptly before we arrived. The QR code entry was easy to use and meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying the room card with us.
