Absolutely beautiful and well maintained hotel. New modern rooms. Pool is a highlight, I could stay out there all day. The staff are so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful, an option for everyone. Loved the yogurt bar options. No view as it’s slightly away from the beach, but not a major issue.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly the entire stay. They helped us figure the parking situation which was on site and even carried our luggage up to our room. The gentleman showed us around the room which wasn’t very roomy with two large suitcases, but otherwise, the room was very clean with everything we could need. The location itself was convenient and accessible to everything - back to back restaurants, supermarket (right around the corner) and beaches - about an easy 10-15 minute walk. If you’re into nightlife, the bars and clubs are in the exact strip as the beach access. 10/10 experience and will be returning!

Great place to stay in Ksamil!! First of all, Ervis was incredibly thoughful. helpful and kind!!! He messaged us beforehand and made sure we had the easiest and smoothest check-in possible! The apartment was amazing, spacious, very well-equipped, and extremely clean! There is a parking lot right behind the building, so no need to worry about it (which can be a hassle around Ksamil), and the location was also great! A very calm and quiet area, however, it is very close to everything, 5-10 min drive to most beaches and restaurants! Definitely recommend!!

I don't know where to start talking about it, is it the kindness and attention of Emi, the owner of the villa, the location of the villa is close to everywhere, or the fact that the rooms are very new, spacious and clean. We had a great holiday, most of it was due to the fact that we stayed here, we found Emi's villa while we were running away from another hotel and we are glad we stayed there, everything was taken into consideration. Emi helped us about beach and even about bus. Thank you for everything, you should definitely choose this place to stay.
