The guesthouse was super cozy and lovely. It’s run by a sweet and friendly family. Very talkative. At night they made bonfire which was great. Unfortunately we only stayed one night.

One of the last buildings on the river, the place is very calm, with a picnic area, volleyball net, fire in the evening, a great place to rest. The staff are very kind and helpful, the room absolutely clean, a very nice local breakfast.

Xhorxho and his wife Nicola were the most welcoming & pleasant hosts we have met during our trip in Albania & Kosovo. They were taking really good care of us (12 people) and showed great flexibility with the arrival and drop-off by boat from Fierze. The 1h boat trip is spectacularly beautiful and the place is a total gem, especially in October, when it is not too crowded. We really enjoyed the villas, the food and the hospitality. You can see the effort and heart they put in to create this little paradise.Totally recommended!

The Shala river is a must do if you are in the north of Albania. It is stunning here. The hotel is in such a beautiful location that it’s hard not to love it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Yes, the prices of the hotels/food/drinks here are more expensive than other parts of Albania but that is because they are truly in the middle of nowhere and only accessible by boat! Plus, the prices are still very cheap if compared to Western Europe. My partner and I had a great time here!

Beautiful location and really helpful and friendly staff. They helped us enjoy our 2 night stay despite the rain. Eda also helped us retrieve our bags we left on a bus. Very thankful and an awesome experience overall!

Amazing location right by the river. The staff were the kindest and most caring we've ever met - truly made us feel at home. Super clean room and common areas. The breakfast was fresh, generous, and delicious. We'll definitely come back!
