Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment is very comfortable with everything you may need for a digital nomad stay - great Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen, comfy bed and couch. The location is great - short walk from restaurants, food trucks, shops and the promenade by the lake with the fantastic views of the volcanos. Only 2km from downtown. Evelyn is very friendly and available for any questions and on site support. Highly recommend.

Everything is nice. The room is big and confortable, the bed is huge , the bathroom and shower were top. the breakfast is good and our host Susana is wonderful.

I love the people here, from the staff/volunteers to the guests. I love the cleanliness I love the bed, oh that's the comfiest hostel bunk bed I have ever slept and I am now not being extra LMAO I love the bathroom, it's so SPACIOUS I love the environment even they have a park in the back! This is a special message for the volunteers, there are two: that one Argentine man (I am really bad at remembering name) and a spanish girl named Alba, you guys are very kind... the Argentine is very bubbly and he let me stay for some hours extension for free only for waiting for my bus. And Alba, she is a sweet Catalunya girl. We had a lot of things to chit-chat and she loves to paint. If you stay here and see the paintings of two mountains in a section behind the reservation, that's what she did. To these two people, if you read this, I wanna say, it would be a pleasure to meet you and thank you for giving me a memorable ending for my Chile trip even tho it's only one-night moment.
