Fantastic stay! We enjoyed our stay and our 4,5 years son had a blast. The hotel is new, well designed with amenities to accommodate families. Playground and water paddles for kids. The wellness area makes it perfect place to unwind. Restaurant has excellent food prepared by a Michelin star chef.

There's nothing to complain about other than the lack of an elevator, but the hotel staff will help you deliver your luggage to your room.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the heating was very good especially in the cold winter when the snow fell. I was deeply impressed by the warm decoration everywhere in the hotel, the small animals on the table, the candlesticks, the welcome chocolates placed on the bed, the snow brushes prepared for the guests with the car... It all makes you feel at home. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. You can order fried eggs, brew coffee in a coffee pot served to each guest, make you feel like a VIP. I will surely choose it again.

Really good location and awesome blick on the lake made out stay there unforgettable. Top floor with a great view and soft bads. Ground floor with the dining and resting area had everything for a good stay. All kitchen amenities were there for cooking (stove and microwave). Perfect shower. Everything is organised well and clean and neat. Small but very nicely desiged and cozy terrace made our evenings really relaxing and memorable. I definitely rexommend the place for a family stay or for escape from the city noises. All the area is very green and a lot of apple trees around. Norma shop with a small bakery as well as bus stop are withing 4 min walking . Swimming area is aroung 7-8 min walking away with a very clean and comfortably warm water and great mountain views.
