Konstantin House is one of those places that's a joy to discover after spending days in less-than-comfortable accommodations. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a beautiful sea-view terrace. Overall, the guesthouse is new and spotless. A large, well-equipped kitchen is available for guests. The staff is kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The presence of a very sweet dog, some cats, and a freely roaming rabbit makes the whole experience quite idyllic, especially thanks to the lush green surroundings. Essentially, it's a great place to stay within the surprising village of Sarpi. Finally, 5 minutes down steep stairs will take you directly to the border.

I loved everything about Goga. Nadya's cooking and beautiful spirit are wonderful. Mamuka is just one of those guys,a good guy. I felt right away that he and his wife are good,comfortable,accommodating,hard working and genuinely decent people. I felt right at home almost instantly. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect time to be there(had the place practically to myself),location,view and the long walk down the mountain.Beautiful! Very clean and well equipped. large room with large balcony. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very near to the ocean and with the current construction will be a very sought after place. small and intimate. A ver nice restaurant next door and a little supermarket a few meters away.
