Generous in mini bar offerings (local juices, alchool drings, tee, plenty of embottled water, sweets, for welcome and more..) The recycling activity inside the hotel, is astonishing. There are hundreds of items produced from garbage internally: furniture, decoration selves, water pots, bracelets and other!!! Impressive entrance hall. A long "Corridor"of 50m lenght made of bamboo all around you, with exhibition of recycling activity, dee jay room and the stuff-guards in the entrance checking all bags for plastic items (not allowed)!!

We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

I had a lovely two night stay here whilst waiting on the boat from Serangan. The room was very spacious, clean and modern with great internet and a nice TV. The balcony was beautiful and was it was great to sit outside in the morning and evening sun. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful for any questions I had. Thank you!

The location is amazing. You can see the ocean from your room, and it's just a short walk to many different restaurants. The room was wonderful, and the staff was great. We had free breakfast, and it was wonderful as well. We enjoyed every moment of our time here, and I even asked my wife if she was interested in staying two more days at this property when we were leaving Bali. I already want to go back!
