I loved it. the Beach was paradise, water clear. Pool was very funny always with music and a lot of Energy. Absolutely loved our apartment, couldn’t be More clean, luxurious, comfortable and perfect. The staff was very very Nice and they even came with us to explore the town. Plenty of things to do, including snorkling you just need to ask in the reception.

The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.

Our family recently had the most memorable stay at Banyan Tree Bintan, and we cannot thank the team enough for making it such a wonderful experience. The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.
