You need some form of transportation to get around. Other than that the owners are super friendly, you can order food. The garden is super nice and the whole backwaters area is really pretty. I recommend checking out the bird sanctuary very early in the morning. He also offer to use the boat for 1000rupees/hr

I mean…Stop looking for anything else. This is the place. I dont think I had ever been in a more welcoming, charming, homey place and I’ve been to quite some. The house itself is like from an old movie, spotless clean (hard to find in India), full of space for work, meditation, a chat and a drink, rooms are spacious, beds are tidy and comfy. A tranquil heaven. And THE PEOPLE! The most welcoming, helpful, polite and incredibly friendly, from gardeners to managers and the amazing Lydia who will win over your heart in seconds. Feels like a home, feels like a family. Can not recommend more, I really mean it.

Lakshmi, Sandra, Ramesh, Srijeet and kitchen crew made our stay a magical experience. Pool was exceptionally clean with no mosquitos at all. Joseph (the owner) was no less of the help, solving our problems and allowing this to be 100% stress free relaxing stay. He was going the extra mile on his own to help us with the missing luggage. Mohammed is a greate host. The accomodation is very clean and conveniently located, just a fed meters from the main street make it very quite to sleep. Also it is very close to one of the main acces to the beach, next to well known Catamaran restaurant and WakeyWakey cafe who both serve greate food with a greate view on the beach and sunset.
