The house is very picturesque and recently renovated. You can feel the history but have access to all modern comfort. Room was large enough with 2 balconies and a lovely view. Bed was AMAZING, as was the shower! Walking distance to the boat. In 10-15 min you are in the heart of Venice! We find that Lido offers a much more relaxed and authentic vibe (less touristic), and a great place to have dinner away from the rush of Venice. The owner Sven is very helpful. He told us many interesting facts about Venice, what to visit and how to get there. This made a significant impact on our holiday. Please ask him for info when you visit! We highly recommend this place.

The villa is really nice with a beautiful garden which is also lighted by night. The breakfast in the garden was great, not very diverse but really tasty. The staff is friendly, they helped us with all the information needed. The villa is close to the vaporetto station (7min by foot).

The apartment was exactly as described – a cozy, tastefully furnished, well-equipped, clean and pleasantly quiet place. I found the bed very comfortable and there were extra duvets and pillows. The host was very responsive and provided me with all the information I needed (directions, instructions, recommendations). The beach, the town centre and the vaporetto stop are all within a five to ten minute walk. Excellent stay. Would gladly come back.

Elegant and comfortable apartment right next to Hotel Excelsior with access to its beautiful sandy private beach, which is ideal for children. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering for a family of four, and the little private terrace in front with sun awning was great for relaxing.
