Blue Moon is beautifully located on top of a ridge overlooking the Indian Ocean. The sunrise in the morning is stunning. The pool and pool area are very nice and the main building has good wifi, a nice seating area and dining room. The breakfast was good with healthy options such as local fruit as well as eggs and bacon. Edgars is a good host who looks after his guests. As the resort was quiet I was given an upgrade to a large house with kitchen which was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Absolutely the best staff in the whole Mozambique! They helped us a lot with many things for our trip. The location is the best - right at the beach & you hear the waves falling asleep - breakfast on the veranda overlooking the ocean - Jenn has such a great cafe right next to the entrance - the staff is very friendly & helpful - the local market is 3 min walking distance away - hot showers & good water pressure - basic but great value for money
