Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. A quiet location a short drive from the Miyajima sights. It had very beautiful rooms that are nice and spacious, and we had a view of Hiroshima from our room. The food was excellent and the futons soft. The public bath was also nice and clean with a good size. The transfer bus service is excellent and the staff is helpful. 10/10

They came back again later in the day to makw sure our surroundings were safe because a storm was coming and they also made personal calls to friends to get information for us for a local festival. Very friendly and helpful people! The layout of the building was great with, waterfront, new and clean. An outdoor table to enjoy sea views and the view from the 2nd floor bedroom was gorgeous.

Saikokuji Temple is 16 km from the hotel and Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine is 17 km away. We had a great stay. We really liked the location (a few mins from the station), breakfast, onsen, room loungewear, room amenities and the friendliness of staff. The room was compact but fit all our things and us fine and had all the inclusions we needed and more. It was only a couple minutes walk to Lawson's which was great for our late arrival. The onsen was a wonderful experience, clean, large and well maintained. It was open until 2am and empty when we visited. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Know that the place is kind of remote with the closest town being Setoda on the other side of the island. We arrived by bike so had to be thoughtful to bring foods to cook.
