The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beautiful bay area, perfect for scenic walks. The staff were genuinely polite and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. There was free water and coffee on the room and staff alowed a late checkout without any extra pay. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. We weren't sure where to go and they personally showed us where to eat for traditional moroccan cuisine and were would be nice to visit, even went as far to sort a car out for us for our travels. Such friendly people and made my experience here in Morocco special

The owner M.Aissam arranged a taxi from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival with a handshake and a friendly welcome. He even setup my phone on the wifi which is above and beyond great service. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor which is helpful as I don't do stairs very well. Room itself was spotless the bed very large and comfortable with freshly laundered linen. The bathroom is one of the best I have seen beautifully tiled with plenty of free toiletries and soaps, shampoo etc. Breakfast was very good as well set me up for the day. 10/10 and congratulations to M.Assaim for such a beautifully presented property in the heart of town.
