This is a small family owned hotel. We booked only one night but stayed for a week longer. The hosts are super-welcoming and helpful. We really liked that our room was spacious and modern having everything what we needed. I had to work during our stay, so for me it was important that Wi-Fi connection was good. The garden is a peaceful heaven. All of the hotel staff was adorable. A bunch of cute cats going around. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is nice, calm, near the mountains. The breakfast was generous and tasty homemade marmalade. Nearby, you'll find one of the best coffee/pastry in Vanadzor, Shamam's macaron. A must try. Overall it's a perfect ratio price-quality! Will come back!

Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

We had a great time staying for one night at Debatoun, where we met the owners (Svetlana and her husband) who have created an incredibly lovely space! The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, and everything was super clean. We arrived when it was snow outside, still inside the room it was very warm and cozy, and the aunties were very cute and prepared very tasty food. I cannot say enough, just don’t hesitate to stay here!
