Gave it a deep and long thought, but there is absolutely nothing that wasn’t perfect. Especially for families with children are in the right place. Amazing common space for children to play, great breakfast, spacy and nice rooms, excellent bathroom/ shower facilities. Simply perfect.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet place near the nature. The hotel has a special charm, with local traditional masonry visible in the room. And you get local yoghurt for breakfast. The host is very nice. This time the weather worsened unexpectedly, and she gave us two rain ponchos, which literally saved our plans for the walk in the nature. It is not our first stay here, and we will come again for sure. This is a nice place to stay for a short vacation in the nature.

B&B Ferme1883 is an exceptional bed & breakfast location. The rooms are renewed with high quality beds, new bathroom and related accessories, with e.g. a fantastic big 'rain' shower part of it. Besides that, lovely / friendly people who are the hosts of Ferme1883, doing their best to give everybody a good time in Liernieux and other parts of the Ardennes area! The public area and also the bedrooms are very cosy in terms of home design & style. This time we had such a great time in this B&B with our group of friends that we'll definitely book next time Ferme1883 again, when we come back in this region.

Brand new B&B in Braunlauf, close to Burg-Reuland and St-Vith. You feel the drive and passion in all what Ben and Claire do: It started with a warm welcome (also dog Kiwi), a very clean and spacious room, a cosy living room with the before and after (now) pictures of the refurbishment. An absolute great location to walk and bike trails (https://www.ostbelgien.eu and https://www.vennbahn.eu) and when returning enjoy the Miam! Menu. This optional and absolutely recommended dinner (table d’hote) prepared by the chef himself (delicious) : you instantly notice they ran a restaurant in the past: the food was delicious, the wine awesome, the table and service pico bello! The morning after the (included) breakfast was fabulous: home made and taking into account allergies. There are some more options if you want but we had more than enough with the selection of cheese, meat, home made jams/bread/… an excellent start of the day! Thanks Ben and Claire! We will certainly come back!

Fabulous quiet location. Great views down towards Achouffe from the beautiful garden. Fabulous breakfasts with local produce. Good selection of local beers & the honesty system worked well. Very flexible with breakfast as we had an early start one morning during our stay. Quirky but very comfortable room (Liefmans). InterPol Nano brewery is now next door. Excellent good value restaurant in the village open at weekends. Julian & Carol were excellent hosts & have a passion for the property & service. Can't wait to return.
