We were easily able to walk from the bus stop to the B&B. It was also an easy walk to everything in town. It was across the street from the canal toe path and that is a lovely walk as well. Location was perfect for people like us who were not driving. We also loved Pauline! She was a ton of fun and worked so hard to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The hotel managers, Ele and Jim, are great: welcoming and with lots of tips on the area. The cooked-to-order breakfast was truly wonderful! The property is quiet, safe and clean, the room big, bright and quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

Being on the way to Tarbent literally in the middle of nowhere I was impressed that the host was so nice as to help me out with the taxi for the next day and get the cashback as the taxi charged only cash...The room was nice and cosy, wi-fi was good. Stylish victorian building. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Wonderful big breakfast with homemade bread and jam. Nice warm room with tea/ coffee facilities. Pretty surrendings. We stayed in 4 different places in Scotland and this was definitely the best one.
