A fantastic and lovely large room with plenty of room Facilities wee great fully useable kitchen with kettle cooker fridge freezer microwave and kettle Organised and tidy bathroom and wc An amazing host who has great customer service and communication is clearly and professional A really nice touch was the tea coffee and biscuits provided this may sound strange but I’ve stayed in much posher places and they don’t provide the basics like this and this certainly makes all the difference Value for money is no doubt excellent for what you get here no one locally would be able to compete

My two boys and I stayed for 4 nights to explore London. The Kings Arms is conveniently located (about 5-6 minutes to Ealing Broadway). The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean. The beds/mattresses were totally comfortable and not worn out. The pub was great with good food on offer. The staff was totally friendly. If I had to look for accommodation in London again, I would choose this again.
