I fell ill just before I checked in. The staff were concerned and took care of me. The general manager almost literally carried me to my room, checked in on me, then called an ambulance when I showed no sign of improvement. The staff in general, and he in particular, could not have been kinder or more human. And, it’s an excellent pub, restaurant and hotel!

This is a beautiful property within east reach of Sevenoaks. It is exceptionally well run. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. The bed linens and towels are lovely. It's spotless clean. We will definitely book again when visiting the area.

Staff brilliant could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Evening meal was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Breakfast was amazing, definitely not your average full english.

The room was decorated with taste and attention to details. There’s a cabinet with useful things in case the guest has forgotten them…so reassuring. The owner has left some fresh fruit in the room which again it is so nice after a long day of work. The shower works very well.

I stayed at Stone Court House for three nights and had a truly memorable experience. The hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. The building itself is stunning — full of character, with beautifully preserved period details like original fireplaces and elegant wooden beams. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. I especially loved the luxurious bathtub and the incredibly comfortable bed. It was quiet and peaceful, despite being right in the center of Maidstone. The self check-in system worked smoothly, and the communication with staff was easy and professional. Although there’s no on-site restaurant, plenty of great cafes and pubs are just a short walk away. I highly recommend Stone Court House to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay with a touch of history. I’d definitely return!
