This little apartment was perfect for the evening with our two dogs. They had plenty of space for (supervised) play outside, and inside was quiet. The location was convenient and the breakfast supplies were ample- a range of teas, coffee, yoghurt and juices plus fresh pastries.

We arrived a bit late due to traffic, but Paolo was incredibly kind and waited for us. When we arrived, he helped us with parking and gave us such a warm welcome, personally showing us to our room. The room was beautiful — every detail was carefully thought out and designed with great taste. There was even a coffee machine, water, juices, and some nuts included — such a nice touch! Paolo showed us a map og Parma and reccomended places for dinner. The next morning, we received a voucher for breakfast at a lovely local pasticceria, where we enjoyed homemade pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice. At check-out, we even got a small gift — samples of shampoo and hair wax from the hair salon. Such a thoughtful gesture! We only stayed one night as a stopover, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for the great service and wonderful hospitality!

Right next to a castle/mansion, in a beautiful historical building. the town is small but very cute, and it's a convenient stay to take a day trip to Parma. Parking was convenient and we got a comfortable apartment, but still with a nice breakfast included. Great food in the area

This stay was absolutely magical, we couldn’t recommend it enough, we honestly have no words to describe it. The setting, the surroundings, the sunset were just superb. The hosts was absolutely amazing, we had just got engaged 2 days prior and I asked them to surprise my now fiancé with decorating our room with flowers and sparkling wine for our arrival, they did a fantastic job and it was truly amazing. We booked a table at the local restaurant called Spaccacucchiaio and the food was so tasty. We had even asked for Spritz’s before we headed to the restaurant and they had no problem making them for us. The breakfast was 10/10, the selection you get was brilliant. We also used the Spa twice during our 1 night stay and it was amazing to have a place to relax, use the sauna and steam room and unwind. We have been on a 2 week Italy trip and this property was by far the most amazing we stayed at. What’s better is that because the property only holds 2 rooms, you basically get the place to yourselves. We can’t recommend the place enough and the host were great.
