The property was clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable. The balcony had a fabulous view of the valley. It was quiet and peaceful. The village centre was only a few minutes walk.

Everything! The attention to detail covers every level here. From the rapid response to communication, to the arrival, the whole building is exceptional. Barbara welcomed us every morning to breakfast and made us feel truly special, such lovely people running the place. The breakfast was soooo good! And be sure to check out their restaurant Sissi in the town during your stay!

Peaceful location with lovely welcoming host. Our room was modern with a small kitchen and dining area. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods and tea making facilities. Very comfortable bed, good sized shower room with double wash basins. Everything was extremely clean and looks new. Breakfast was exceptional and a lot of it. Pastries were so nice I had two. Good coffee too. The hosts have set a very high standard. We will definitely return when we are next in the area.

A very great cosy Hotel in the hard of Meran. We love Meran and stayed the first time in this Hotel. Pre Stay organization is very frindly professional, we got all needed information compact and clear (also very good for people who visit Meran the first time) Checkin: very professionell too Rooms: very very lovely I like all the details and love what is invested in every Detail, it's like coming home. Breakfast was great. Good variety and everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. Excellent home made cookies, nice coffee. We would stay again. A fridge in your room. Nice view from room.

The staff was really polite. The room is spacious, fully equipped and really modern. We liked the balcony where you can enjoy nice views. Also breakfast was great.

Great breakfast in the room, it also included a lunch since it was known I was going on a hike! Also, the owners are avid outdoors people, and gave me some tips on new hikes in the area.
