The whole unit was new, modern and immaculate. It was very quiet with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well stocked, large fridge. We made good use of the balcony which was nice and breezy. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants. Got some good tips from the owner. Loved the coffee machine.

We loved this gorgeous little hilltop town. And the accommodation beside the Abbey! Everything was sparkling clean and a very high standard. The hosts have an eye for detail and the spacious room, kitchen area and outside terrace with flower pots and view was just such a pleasure to enjoy. Parking was right outside the door. Instead of dining out we walked to the nearby supermarket and bought ham, tomatoes, cheese, grapes and melon and enjoyed it on the terrace. A lovely night in Montescaglioso thank you.

What a little gem is this village of Miglionico. It is just 25 minutes away from the major tourist attraction of Matera. There were no guests other than us and all common areas (dining room and the patio) were at our disposal. The sunset view from that patio was among the best memories of this trip. There is a very interesting fortress and a convent, all within a 5 minute walk from the B&B. If you need to park your car and want to avoid the clutter of a small lot in-between the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and Residenza delle Grazie, there is a lovely convenient spot just a hundred meters away at the end of Piazza Guglielmo Marconi right before it splits into Via Estramurale Municipio and Via S.M. delle Grazie. Antonio is a great host. Grazie mille!!!!

The property is a former farm house that was nicely restored by Antonio and his family. The building is immersed in the "calanchi" and allows travelers to experience this fascinating landscape up close. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are oversized. Breakfast is served in a very nice room, is abundant and includes home made baked goods. Antonio is a super host - very responsive and truly cares about delivering the best experience for his guests. Strategically located to visit Aliano, Tursi, Craco, Pisticci etc. Highly recommend.

This historic property has been renovated to a very high standard and with displays of ancient artifacts that are breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with virtually every need catered for. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful particularly with parking and extracting our car from its parking space. He also walked us through the village to a wonderful ristorante/ pizzeria. The village has a fabulous castle to explore. This was a fantastic over night stop and would make a fabulous base for a longer holiday. Breakfast was sensational with lots of delicious things to eat, many of which are home made. A fabulous B&B in a lovey location with exceptionally nice owners.
