Wow — I had the most amazing time at Fes Penthouse. From the second I walked in, everything felt so welcoming and special. My room was super cozy and spotless, and I seriously didn’t want to leave the bed — it was that comfy. The food? 10/10. . The Host are Absolute gems. They were so kind and made everything so easy for me. Fes Penthouse exemplifies what it means to offer a superior guest experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to discerning travelers seeking both luxury and hospitality at its finest most importantly making you feel like your own home. The breakfast was exceptional, the fact that we could experience a traditional Fez Moroccan breakfast. The host ensured that we have a good breakfast and informed me on the time as well. Where I could you not have breakfast the host was accommodating in providing Dinner instead. While I was away on the excursion, the host made sure dinner was placed in my room when I arrived. The host Abdul Aziz was in constant contact all the time treating you as a family member who is part of his home. When we wanted a late snack around 9pm he took our fellow residents who stayed in his home out on a getting some real Fez food at his own cost. This is what made us feel like home and would definitely come back again when I can. Loved every minute at Fes PENTHOUSE! Spotless rooms, delicious food, world class host. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. 10/10 would stay again! The host has made our stay exceed our expectations in every way possible.

The breakfast is locally sourced and very generous, making it a great place to start the day. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was wonderful. Nevi and Omaima were very nice and friendly. Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.
