The location is definitely worth a stay! While it’s a bit further from the city center, you’re rewarded with breathtaking views. The hosts, a lovely family, were incredibly helpful with our sightseeing plans and shared fascinating stories about Wellington, offering us wonderful insights into the city. The breakfast was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Wow I can’t say enough positive things about this place! The hosts were lovely - very accommodating and great communication. The apartment itself was warm and cosy and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. And the location was outstanding….VERY short walk to gardens and cable car and so handy to everything Wellington has to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back.

We booked this apartment for one night but we would have loved to stayed longer. Everything is super clean and the flat is very cozy. The host even prepared a welcome sign for us which made us directly feel welcomed. The appliances in the kitchen and the washing (+ dryer) machine are modern. The hightech coffee machine and the superfast internet were definitely a plus! Can definitely recommend a stay here!

Very comfortable and esthetic bedroom and remaining rooms in the house. This is not an impersonal hotel but a taste of Victorian villa in beautiful Wellington near a park. Very hospitable and supportive hosts. Very good quality homemade breakfast.

I had a car accident just as I got to Wellington (hit a pole in front of the guest house). John was immediately there to help me clean up and assist. Super friendly and helpful! The room was cozy and had all necessities. The location is just a short walk to the center/pier. It does go up and down a steep hill though - so be prepared. Great stay!
