From the moment we stepped into this charming hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. The warm and welcoming smile of Miha, the owner, set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine interest in ensuring our comfort made us feel like part of the family. Pavlo, the staff member, was equally impressive, going above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, with cozy rooms, a beautiful courtyard, and a perfect location for exploring the city. But what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service and warm hospitality of Miha and Pavlo. They are the heart and soul of this hotel, and their dedication to making every guest feel special is evident in every detail. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, and we cannot wait to return and experience the warmth and kindness of Miha and Pavlo once again. They have created a true home away from home, and we are forever grateful for the memories we made here.

Everything was just like we expected. Very clean apartment with modern design. Very close to the lake which we liked the most. Stuff was polite and helpful, reception guy showed us main atraction on maps so we could get there easily. Also good value for money.

I loved so much about this place, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was amazing. For example the way the mix the style of the place with the old and the new. Loved the coffee and how it had a honesty approach to drinks and the freedom of the hotel. It was very safe with amazing views. It was a complete gem, I would love to stay again and would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

The apartment is excellent—spacious and clean, with lots of lovely details. The hosts have made an effort to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was great, and the owner is very kind. There is private parking in front of the house, which is a huge plus for Bled. Definitely an apartment to recommend—we would love to come back here again :)
