The room is magnificent! Very beautifully decorated and cozy. The contactless check in system is extremely convenient. We arrived around 9pm and had no problems getting to our room. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was hands down the best we’ve had in SA. Looked and tasted absolutely divine!

I was on my own for this trip which can be a bit lonely sometimes, but the hospitality was 100% and I felt right at home, I had such a great few days. A very impressive Honda NC750X to take me around the beautiful mountains, genuinely lovely folks, resonably priced, comfortable bed; but to name a few, what more could I wish for? We spent two nights there to do the Panorama Route. Sean is a gem. He was super helpful at all times. Great breakfast; he even made us a duck egg omelet from the garden so we could try it. Carla, Sean’s mother, is the cook at their restaurant, so the atmosphere is very homely and welcoming. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Beautiful and modern room with a safe car parking. The bed was great. Very clean. The swimming pool looks nice. Easy location in the centrum of Graskop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for us. We can recommend this hotel, and as European I would compare it with a kind of Ibis hotel. Perfect for a few days visiting the panorama route or even doing a safari day trip to Kruger. The hotel has also an excellent restaurant in the lobby, which makes it very easy for the guests to have dinner in the evening after a day trip out. The manager should promote the possibility to have evening dinner at the hotel restaurant more at check-in or put up the day menu in the lobby and take the reservations for the kitchen at check-in. We had dinner on Sunday evening outside the hotel / in the restaurant opposite the street. On Monday evening we tried the restaurant of the hotel, this was just wonderful! The food was nice, staff very friendly and the dining area very modern. We recommend guests having dinner at the hotel restaurant!
