Housed in a building dating from 2022, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 20 km from Khan Clock Tower. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This is a fantastic place! The value is unmatched compared to other places. Everyone was so happy to help, breakfast was tasty and communication was top notch.

The breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruits and Sharma the housekeeper is so willing to help and so pleasant. We had a fantasric stay with friends and the locatiion is very convenient. Restaurants and shops are at walking distance from the property.The owner is also very helpful and accomodative. I will highly recommend this place.

Aathma Colombo House features certain rooms with lake views, and each room is fitted with a private bathroom. All units feature a wardrobe. Beautiful property in a tranquil spot by the river, wonderful service and such friendly staff. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay more! We arrived early in the day and were offered breakfast and they were also able to have our room ready early, which was fantastic! Can't recommend Aathma Colombo House enough. We had a few hours exploring Colombo and it was quick to get to the city by Tuk Tuk.

The restaurant had great Italian food albeit it being a bit on the expensive side. Overall, it was a great experience staying here.
