Cleanness ok. On the top floor there is fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, sink, dishes and pots) and lounge with 2 walls made of glass, where you can make yourself breakfast or snack. Still, remember that this is China and not Champs Elysee, so take this into account concerning your expectations.
