First of all Matthew the host is such a nice guy, helpful and there for any questions. Second of all it’s in an amazing location, beautiful views, quiet and so peaceful with nature surrounding you you really get the feel of being in Costa Rica I highly recommend this place and really enjoyed our time! Definitely needs a 4x4 to get to the place however it’s recommended to rent a 4x4 in Costa Rica no matter where you go because of the roads.

Terrific reception and attention to all details by both Anja the manageress and Wendy the housekeeper. Kind, helpful & always very polite. The bungalow was a delight to live in for 4 days at the end of November 2023! We spent lovely days down on the coast, and up at the waterfalls. A delightfully restful and perfect part of our two week vacation. Highly recommended!!

Everything was perfect. We had 2 amazing days in Uvita. Excellent contact with the host. The house is brand new, fully equipped. Excellent equipment in the kitchen. Barbecue area. A place on the terrace overlooking the forest, where you can eat peacefully. Comfortable and large bed. Excellent internet connection. Very clean and functional bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, you can only hear birds (hummingbirds, parrots and toucans). Fantastic pool, hammock and plenty of space where you can relax. No problem to find restaurants and eat in the area. To the beach quite close about 10 minutes walk. We also used the laundry service (fast and inexpensive - we recommend). The villa was lovely and clean, with a large bathroom and nice hot shower. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was large, open concept, with a nice new stove and oven and a large fridge. The air conditioning and fans worked well. The breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately they did not have other meal options, as we had hoped, as the chef was away. The host and the staff were very warm and welcoming offering meal suggestions and suggestions of places to visit. Location is great as it is very private and quiet with good secure parking. The beach was a 10 minute walk and was really nice and not crowded.

The room was spacious and beautiful with a full kitchen, and all the kitchen utensils and dishes you could want. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the walk in shower! The pool was a good size, and the "hot tub" was not hot and in the shade, which is great for this climate. Only a few places to eat near the beach, but they are all great. The town by the main road has even more, plus banks and more shopping.
