Everything was perfect: the house is fantastic, very well equiped, super clean and so lovely decorated. The swimming pool is amazing and the garden is absolutely stunning with rivers of Bougainvillier flowers. Plenty of towels. Everything is very prepared, documented and organized by Janice and Stewart. We had a fabulous time and it was so comfortable that it was challenging to motivate our teenage girls to get out on sight seeing excursions! The house is also very well located: close to some restaurants, in walking distance to a beach with dark sand. Providing you have a car, it is very close to many sites and lovely places to visit. To summarize in a nutshell, book with closed eyes for a perfect holiday!

Fast communication from host, easy to find key in lockbox next to door. House was outstanding!!! He left some extra snacks and water too which was appreciated after a long travel. House was bigger than I thought. I didn't even use the 2nd bedroom or 2nd bathroom lol. Kitchen bathrooms etc well setup and washing machine were sp useful and balcony with the swing - so nice! Felt instantly at home. He set up a large, good quality baby cot too so my daughter could sleep straight away. (And it was comfy! She stayed in her cot all night!) Utterly beautiful house inside and out. The area around it is up and coming with tomorrowland etc construction. It'll be even better when that beach front area is finished. Oh also important for summer! The house had incredible air conditioning in each room. Loved our stay!!

Great accommodation. Excellent amenities. I was impressed with the willingness of the host and the speed of communication. Professional approach. He helped us deal with a delayed flight situation so that we had a slightly later check-out. Thank you very much. The apartment was absolutely clean and tastefully furnished. I think it's good to have a car here, it's not that close to the center. If you want to spend a few days here, you don't mind that you are not in the center itself and you have a car at your disposal, I definitely recommend it.

Extremely friendly staff, Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean apartment with a balcony, comfortable beds and air conditioning. We were able to check in early which was really helpful and once we had checked out, we were still able to use the facilities (e.g the pool) throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In general the apartment was very close to the beach and to the bus station in case you would like to go to the city center, which is very convenient for the ones without a car. It is more suitable for group of friends visiting Nicosia as commented by the family members that were staying there.

Very quiet area 6km far from Larnaca town centre, which is 8-10 minutes drive maximum. "Stelios Supermarket" is 3-4 minutes driving distance. Very beautiful oroklini famous birds lake is in 5 minutes walking distance, You can enjoy with kids, birds watch tower to showing them many kinds of natural birds nest & pink flamingo in winter season 🦩. Its nice area for hiking or cycling. Dekhelia public beach in 4-5 minutes driving distance. Oroklini mountain is in 5-7 minutes driving distance, where you can see all Larnaca City from bird eyes view. For this apartment Its better if you rent a car from airport & return at same airport or pafos Airport, Although there is public bus station in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Ride on Bus number 418 for Larnaca Town centre and Airport both way. The host was super active to support us anything needed ❤️ & advised to rent a car through a website "Cosmos" online before arriving Cyprus, which was cheaper & no time wasting at airport on our arriving time. Apartment is fully equipped with new electric appliances & new air-condition in all rooms & fully loaded kitchen stuff. A huge new "55"LG smart TV on wall with netflix & 1000+ EU satellite channels can make your holidays comfortable like home. The patio is the best place in this apartment with 2 swing chairs. Drinking a coffee in this veranda will make you feel very relaxed 😌 I definitely recommend this spotless shiny clean luxury apartment for holidays & relaxing or business travellers.

I would like to start by expressing my gratitude to the host for the warm welcome and clear instructions. Thank you for providing a crib for our child; it was greatly appreciated. Despite visiting during the off-season, we found plenty of warm blankets and the option to heat the room with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There was always hot water available, which was a plus. The kitchen, although small, was efficiently arranged with ample pots and pans, allowing us to enjoy cooking delicious meals at home. The location was extremely convenient. There is a store nearby, as well as cafes where we could enjoy breakfast. In the evenings, the cafe was peaceful, which did not disturb our relaxation. The beach is very close, and there is a jogging track along its length, along with nearby exercise equipment.

I recently stayed at this wonderful property that exceeded all of my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location of the property was ideal, only 10 minutes away from the city centre which was convenient for exploring and trying out the local cuisine. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating the hosts were when we arrived at an ungodly hour. They had gone out of their way to pick up food and drinks for us, which was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Additionally, the hosts also arranged for a reliable taxi contact for our airport pick-up, which was very helpful and gave us peace of mind during our travels. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay with helpful and responsive hosts.
