The property is absolutely beautiful, nestled between banana plantations with a view of the nile and the hot air balloons in the morning. The owners are so kind, picking us up from the ferry upon arrival and providing an extremely generous breakfast spread from the rooftop (even though it was very early in the morning before our flight). From the moment we arrived we felt at home.. the room we booked ended up being a whole apartment, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend - Villa Rebecca is excellent value for money and a prime location to visit Valley of the Kings. Will definitely return!

There is no doubt that Moon House is value for money, it's one of the best guesthouses in Luxor in my opinion. It's a beautiful, well maintained guesthouse and it's in the perfect location. The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle but in 5minutes walking distance to the Nile, restaurants and shops. What stood out for me is how clean and well kept everything is as well as the great service. Nassir the host of Moon House made sure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. The mornings were the best, you could order some breakfast and enjoy it on the balcony of your room, taking in the view. Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful. Nassir explained to me why they chose to call the place Moon House, it's because you have the perfect view of the moon from the guesthouse in the evenings😄. Wonderful! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!

I found this property to be absolutely amazing and very well-maintained. The owner of the hotel is extremely kind and hospitable. This hotel feels more like a resort, with rooms designed beautifully and a perfect theme that adds to the charm. The rates are also very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for families. If you're visiting Luxor with your family, I highly recommend staying here. The atmosphere provides a natural and serene feeling, and the location is excellent, with all the major temples nearby. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay for a peaceful and convenient experience in Luxor!

Hotel is situated in quite place (west side) in Luxor. Site staff was very kind and helpful, Ali helped us to organize the trip to the king valey and other temples with driver and english speaking guide, the second day the balloon trip. Both was really wonderfuĺl. Thank you.

I had a perfect stay in Blue Nile House. The moment I arrived at here I felt like home. The view from the hotel is perfect, you can see east bank with Nile river. The place is in the village and it’s very safe to go around. People are very friendly here. The last day they send me to the airport, they even asked the driver to stop by somewhere and baught me a local sandwich and Egyptian tea for breakfast. I really liked the room, it was really big and comfortable, I even got washing machine in my room which is so nice!! I really miss blue Nile house and definitely want to visit again !!

What a beautiful paradise. My children & I loved it so much - feels like home - with Mohammed who takes so good care of us together with Ibrahim. It only opens last October and the appartment is so nice, grand, well decorated with beautiful terrace, amazing garden & swimmingpool - and I loved the rooftop also! We liked it to stay on the westbank - the eastbank with Luxor & Karnak temple is only a ferry boat away.. and it is so more quiet & less touristic. Mohammed helps us a lot with our plans. We really enjoyed the bikes he lent us to visit the temples & tombs & he gaves us a transfer to the tomb of Nefertari early in the morning & arranged pick up from the trainstation, transfer to marsa alam, pick up pizza & a beautiful felucca tour with sunrise! unfortunately we couldn’t go for the air balloon cause of too much wind - so reason to come back again! the tour with a bike ( or taxi is you wish) to Deir el Medina, valley of nobles & medinet Habu is really worth visiting- less touristic & you really dive into the real live in time of pharaohs & the colors of the wall paintings are amazing! wolf restaurant next door is really nice & they just deliver at home ..or ask Mohammed for a pick up pizza :) and the small store just opposite of the house has good drinks & chips & nice snacks! such a lovely people & neighborhood

It was by far the best stay during our whole Egypt tour. Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.

Absolutely fantastic! Really comfortable and quiet surrounded by a beautiful garden and fields. The hosts were so friendly, nice and relaxed that it felt like a sanctuary. All the amenities were perfect as well.

The accomodation offered us everything that we expected. When we needed something, each request, no problem at all. The owner is such a nice guy, does everything he can to make your stay as good as possible. Location provides nice access to Nile river, beautiful views. Loved it!

    Great villa with a great pool and always available host. This is perfect for a dip after a super hot Egyptian day. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the property, the host is always available and there is a free shuttle to the ferry crossing. Would have been easily 10/10 hadn't it been for the issue below.

    Great place to stay! We had the appartment at the ground floor with the garden where we used to chill out in the evening There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and the bedroom. There is also a washing machine. At the corner of the street there is a small supermarket so we could buy there the things we needed. Mohamed - the owner of Villa Diletta - was very very helpful every time we needed him Everybody was very kind Amazing experience!

    After a busy day viewing temples and tombs and trying to avoid the over-zealous local traders, it was great to relax and chill out at Rose Villa. Owner was always in contact with any issues and helped with transport. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed at, can't recommend it highly enough.
