I would say that is the case when the accommodation in reality is much better than it was expected. The hotel was very nice, we booked 3 rooms and all of them were very clean , they included all the needed stuff, like fridge, kettle and so on The beds were super comfortable! One more thing that I would like to highlight is about the host and his family, we had a really great pleasure to communicate with them, they treated us with homemade wine and and showed the neighbourhood. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment we reserved was really spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. We had a hairdryer, big tv, fridge, even washing machine. Water was amazing hot and AC worked as it should. When we arrived, host wasn't at the property, but it was some lovely lady waiting for us. She didn't speak English, but she showed us around and try to make a nice conversation (my Russian is not so good as used to). We asked for early breakfast and that was a real treat! Everything was prepared on time and beautifully served in the dining space. And of course delicious! We would like to send our hugs to Barbara!

Absolutely lovely people, they speak good English and Russian. Very hospitable, made us feel like at home. The lady helped us get a appointment at a barber shop and even stayed there and translated for us. Just awesome. Very wholesome people that make you want to return as soon as possible😀 We also got a very great value transport to Tbilisi from them, just awesome. They also have a very very beautiful garden
