You can leave your car at a safe place and marko will drive you up the dirt road :-)! You will meet cows, horses, sheeps and goats walking by your vcabin! The mountain house is stunningly located right next to the Komovi mountains and can easily described as one of a kind. We had amazing sunset views and all around a great time there. It is great starting point for a couple of hikes. The road to the mountain house is a bit adventurous but nothing a regular rental car cannot handle. Also the WiFi is good enough to work from there. Just be aware that due to the altitude it can still get quite cold in the end of may (-1 degree Celsius at night) but with the cozy fireplace it was still warm enough inside.

This is an absolutely amazing place. Everything was wonderful: the grounds around the cottage, the interior with its rustic details, the village, and the hospitality of the hosts. The breakfast was amazing. The local ingredients and cuisine are beyond praise.

The family running the guest house is extremely nice and welcoming! They were quick to accommodate our request to leave our backpacks for the day before checking in. The room is the perfect size and having a kitchenette is a real luxury! We were so happy to have stayed with Erdan.

The road to Komovi Katun Martinovića 1750 isn’t great, but it’s ok if you take it slowly. Once you’re there, you’re rewarded with a superb mountain setting, comfortable accommodation and really lovely hosts. They made us feel relaxed and at home, even with a language barrier. The restaurant/kitchen is the hub, and it was such a cosy place to relax and unwind in. The food was superb - some people make the drive just to eat here. There’s a couple of hot water showers, power is on from 7-11pm to charge devices and, although there’s no WiFi, you can connect to the host’s if you need to get online.
