Also, we had the opportunity to speak about Nepali culture and truly live the village life here, learn about permaculture and enjoy some of the religious sights that are close by. We were especially lucky to celebrate the Nepali new year together! We wore Nepali dresses and suits, made momo’s together and danced to celebrate. It was un unforgettable time that could only be offered from the heart! The heart of this family is special, thank you for everything!

By far the highlight of my travels, to say the host, Navin, goes above and beyond for his guests is an understatement. Great for solo travellers, we visited during Nepali new year and Navin showed all the guests around the city, brought us to his family feasts and was above all else great company to be around, you have to stay here when visiting Bhaktapur!
