Everything! Germaine and her dad are so sweet and helpful 💕. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the food is very decent. We had two heavy suitcases with us, so Germaine sent us her neighbors to the end of the road from where you have to walk down to the village. For a small fee, they helped us carry everything. They also work as guides, and we did a hiking tour with them spectacular! There is a shower with warm water, and the whole place is immaculately clean.

We were picked up from our early morning bus and taken to the accommodation - with a room available on arrival. The staff went to every effort to look after us during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with a shared bathroom close by. The covered patio with tables was great for meals and relaxing. We enjoyed all our meals - there were lots of options. We wanted to do a 5 day walk in the terraces - the staff organised everything for us including transport, accommodation and an excellent guide. The ATMs aren't always available in town so we paid everything by Wise card. After our trek we were able to use the shower, have some food and relax before they took us to our night bus. Everything was organized for us even though we had only arrived with a 2 night room booking. So professional and friendly! Thank you

I can only recommend Tessa and Tani's home if you search a place to stay in Banaue. Everything is clean, the room are simple but it's a good quality for price and they take feedback of guest into account so they can improve. Also it's a really central location so it's very convenient for everything.  But the best part is more the hosts themself. They are the niciest persons we've met in our trip in Luzon. Really welcoming, interesting discussions, funny and always taking care of their guests. Also Tani is a guide and I do recommend doing a tour or a trek with him. We chose a 2 days / 1 night trek from Banaue to Batad with my friend and it was an awesome experience. Of course the landscapes are already insane, but also having Tani as a guide was super cool. A serious guide who shared a lot of information, with whom you can have really interesting conversations about everything during the walk, and also many funny moments. We spend 2 beautiful days and if we come back we will be happy to do it again with him. Last point : the price of the tour was fair, especially compared to some insane offers we saw.  Tani, Tessa, thank you again for everything!
