Ciza is a professional, very knowledgeable and passionate tour guide and Rose is an excellent cook. When booking, I did not inform them of my dietary needs (very sorry) and they were able to accommodate me on the spot, which I appreciated very much. I decided to extend my stay for another 2 nights because I really enjoyed it and there are many things to explore. I would recommend not only staying at Ciza&Rose, but also letting them organize the hiking activities for you so that you get the most out of your vacation in Portela.

The room is simple but functional. The meals prepared were very delicious. The WiFi was good to work from there, and in case, the 4G antenna is located nearby. Absolutely recommended!

Renovation is really well done which preserves the spirit of the building and is very atmospheric. Emmanuel, chef of staff is very friendly and helpful. He also makes great cocktails! Located on the beachfront, this property has a bar. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests. Spacious, clean room with a sea view, you can sleep listening to the waves. The staff was very friendly and helpful, good breakfast served at the roof. Super happy with this accommodation. :)
