There was a water shortage in Tbilisi for a day, and he brought me some bottles of drinking water and 2 barrels of utility water without being asked. I was surprised he didn't speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all since we could communicate easily via translator. The apartment was comfortable and very clean, the location was perfect. It was a great stay!
